I really wanted to like these, especially after standing in that queue for way longer than I expected, but the noodles just weren’t good. The texture came out gummy and kind of rubbery even though I followed the directions. The sauce was fine, nothing amazing, but the noodles totally ruined it for me. after waiting that long, I was disappointed and wouldn’t order it again.

I had a rough time with their customer service. I emailed about an issue with my order, and the replies took forever. When they did respond, they barely answered what I was asking.
Felt like I kept explaining the same thing again and again. No clear fix, just short messages that seemed copied and pasted. Definitely not ordering from them again after this...

I ordered a few pantry staples and wasn’t too impressed. The flavors were kind of dull, and one of the jars seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. I’m careful about what I keep in my pantry, especially with packaged foods, so that made me a little uneasy. For the price, I expected everything to taste fresher. I don’t think I’d take the chance and order again

The box showed up all crushed, and the sauce had leaked all over everything. Just... not great. I was hoping it’d be fine, but yeah, it was a mess. I don’t think I’d order this again.

momofuku.com looks good and the pages loaded fine for me, so I’ll give them that. But finding certain products was more annoying than it needed to be. Some stuff is right there, and then other items feel like they’ve been shoved into random menus for no good reason. That’s on them for making the site harder to navigate than it should be. Checkout was okay, I guess, but I still had to click around to double-check shipping and product details because it wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been. It’s not the worst site ever, but they really need to clean things up and stop making customers do extra work just to place an order.

I gave it a try, but i don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. Reading between the lines, it feels like you’re paying more for the name or the hype than the actual experience. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot more

It’s good stuff. You can tell the quality is there, even if the price isn’t exactly cheap. I’d say if you’re okay spending a bit more, it’s a solid buy.

I ordered from momofuku the whole delivery situation just gave me a bad feeling early on. The tracking barely moved for days, and there wasn’t really a clear update on what was going on. By the time the order finally showed up, it was already later than I needed it, since I had planned to use it over the weekend. Customer service did respond, but it felt a little slow and didn’t really ease my mind. The food itself might be totally fine, but my gut says I don’t want to deal with wondering whether an order will show up on time. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

For the price, I expected way better. it felt like one of those products that promises a lot and then completely misses the mark. I wouldn’t buy from Momofuku again.

For some reason, a bunch of the items I wanted showed up as unavailable when I went to check out. It was frustrating after taking the time to add everything to my cart.

I really do like the Momofuku noodles and sauces. They taste good and make quick dinners super easy, and shipping has been fine for the most part. My issue was more with the subscription. I thought changing the delivery date would be simple, but it took me way too long to figure out, and I still ended up getting a box earlier than I wanted. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly fast, and the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages that doesn’t really help much. Overall, the food is solid, but I wish the subscription was less of a hassle to manage.

I was kind of expecting a bigger selection, but it felt limited. It’s mostly the same sauces and noodles over and over, so there wasn’t much that stood out to me. Just not enough variety for what I was hoping for

My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but one of the items wasn’t what I ordered. It’s not the end of the world, but it was a little frustrating since I was actually looking forward to trying that one. It also makes me wonder a bit about the quality control with packing orders

I’m feeling mentally drained at this point. I’ve been waiting for my refund and still haven’t received it. I just want this sorted out already so I don’t have to keep worrying about it...
